This website is operated by Nuvrendi. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nuvrendi. These terms describe the conditions for using nuvrendi.com and purchasing from our store. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform. Your purchase is from Nuvrendi, not from Shopify.

Using the store

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into the transaction, or have the necessary authorization, and that the information you provide is accurate. You must not use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, submit fraudulent orders, or interfere with other users or the operation of the store.

If you create an account, keep your sign-in information secure and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. Do not send full payment card details or passwords to our support email.

Product information

We aim to describe products accurately, including their features, sizes, options, and included items. Colors and appearance can vary between screens and lighting conditions. Lifestyle photographs may include furniture, decorations, and other props that are not included with the product; the product listing identifies what you are buying.

Nuvrendi is the retailer for products offered in this store. Products sold here are not necessarily manufactured by Nuvrendi. We remain your point of contact for your purchase and order support.

Orders, prices, and payment

Review your selected products, variants, quantities, address, shipping method, and final total before paying. Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the website and at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed as part of the checkout total.

Orders are subject to payment verification, product availability, and acceptance. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order but does not guarantee that an item is available. If we cannot accept or fulfill an order, or discover a material pricing or product error, we will contact you. We will not charge an increased price or supply a materially different item without your agreement. If the order is canceled, any payment for the canceled items and their applicable shipping charges and taxes will be refunded promptly.

Prices and offers may change for future purchases. We will not retroactively change the agreed price of an accepted order without your consent, except as required by law. Shipping, changes, and returns

Shipping destinations, charges, estimates, and delay procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. Products may ship through overseas fulfillment partners. Contact us immediately to request an address correction or cancellation; changes may not be possible after processing or shipment.
